Return policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of item delivery.

All returns must be:

  • In new, unused and unopened condition.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories.
  • Ship via insured ground service (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if:

  • Any signs of wear, use or damage.
  • Parts of the item are missing.
  • Past the 14 day return window.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email verifying that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, less any shipping costs.
